Josh Laewetz, Denturist

Josh Laewetz DD

Born and raised in Saskatoon, Josh has been practicing as a Licensed Denturist since 2004. He graduated with honours from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology. In his spare time, Josh enjoys going to the lake with his family, getting in a round of golf, and cheering for his kids on the ice.

Ashley Ball, Denturist

Ashley Stevens DD

Ashley started at ADC in 2008 and followed her passion shortly after to become a denturist.  She graduated with honours from NAIT in 2012. Her hobbies are decorating her home, event planning, and enjoying life with her husband & daughters.

Chelsea Mortensen, DD

Is the newest addition to our Avalon Denture Care team! Chelsea has been a licensed denturist since 2018 and we were lucky enough to have her join us in Spring 2023! Chelsea is happy to call Saskatoon home, and lives with her husband, son and adorable dog, Kevin. Outside of work, she loves being outdoors with her family, baking, and staying active.

What is a denturist?

Denturists are primary oral health care providers who are trained in the technical art of fabricating, repairing, and overall denture care. They are also trained in the diagnosis and treatment of patients who need dentures. Well-crafted dentures can restore your smile and allow you to have improved function and quality without compromising comfort.

Our denturists offer a complimentary initial consultation and accept payment from most private and government health care plans. We will discuss different treatments and help you to determine what kind of dentures are best suited to your needs. Denture technology is now quite advanced enabling us to provide you with a wide array of treatment options.
